This presentation is for students to demonstrate their understanding of the heuristic model of public health policymaking and the summative understanding of the professional nurse’s role in health promotion and disease prevention,   Students must ensure that the identified problem relates to chronic health condition prevention

1. Total time for presentation will be 15-20 minutes
   1. class engagement 5 minutes questions and answers period
2. you will choose one of the Public Health Application Papers population groups

4. Part 2 –  Policy Formation  and legitimization (20%)
5. Part 3 –  Implementation and evaluation (20%)
6. part 4 – Policy maintenance and Succession/ Termination (20%)

4.  Presentation maximum of 15 slides (not including a title slide and/ or  student name or reference slide)
5.  Introduction slide with the title of topic  and student name and student number must be included (not counted in slide count)

4.  Each content slide should be short and to the point. No long paragraphs to read.
5. A slide with all resources used (minimum of 4 course references) (not counted in slide count)
